سُئِلَ عَنْ صَوْمِ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ فَقَالَ
The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ was asked concerning Fasting on Day of ʿArafah to which he said:
يُكَفِّرُ السَّنَةَ الْمَاضِيَةَ وَالْبَاقِيَةَ
“It will expiate the sins of the previous and upcoming years.”
